此設(shè)備主要包括自動(dòng)頂升機(jī)構(gòu)、切換疊料機(jī)構(gòu)、橫移模組、自動(dòng)取料手臂機(jī)構(gòu)組成.
The equipment mainly consists of automatic lifting mechanism, switching stacking mechanism, traverse module and automatic reclaiming arm mechanism.
1)自動(dòng)頂升機(jī)構(gòu)由同步輪、同步帶、滾珠絲桿、直線軸承、電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)以及上下止點(diǎn)感應(yīng)裝置、有料檢測(cè)裝置組成.
The automatic lifting mechanism is composed of synchronous wheel, synchronous belt, ball screw, linear bearing, motor driving mechanism, upper and lower dead center induction device and material detection device;
2)切換疊料機(jī)構(gòu)由托盤機(jī)構(gòu)、薄膜疊料定位機(jī)構(gòu)、治具板氣缸夾緊機(jī)構(gòu)以及疊料到位檢測(cè)裝置組成.
The switching stacking mechanism is composed of a tray mechanism, a film stacking positioning mechanism, a fixture plate cylinder clamping mechanism, and a stacking in-position detection device.
3)橫移模組由同步輪、同步帶、直線導(dǎo)軌、導(dǎo)桿、聯(lián)軸器以及伺服電機(jī)機(jī)構(gòu)組成設(shè)計(jì).
The traverse module is composed of synchronous wheel, synchronous belt, linear guide rail, guide rod, coupling and servo motor mechanism.
4)自動(dòng)取料手臂機(jī)構(gòu)以橫移模組為基座,由型材手臂、三軸氣缸、電磁閥控制以及自動(dòng)吸料機(jī)構(gòu)模塊組成.
